Soapy Joe's Car Wash - Friars Rd, Mission Valley

Line moves quickly at pay kiosk. Attendants guide you at the entry of the carwash and offer a scented hang tag. Carwash dies its thing and usually the medium level wash cleans my midsized suv pretty well. love that clean microfiber towels are available at each parking spot. Vacuum hoses have great suction and stretch easily to the back hatch of the car.

I've used this soapy joes several times and every time leave disappointed, especially for the price. It does a very poor job cleaning my car, when Pat bg for the tire shine it only covers a few spots on the tire leaving it super uneven, and leaves so much dirt on the car. I will not be using this wash in the future.

After crushing some In-N-Out with my drop dead gorgeous wife, I took my truck through the car wash at Soapy Joe's. I'm not one for monthly subscriptions, so when the guy standing at the screen kept pushing it on me I got rather peeved. I politely declined multiple times and still had the subscription service pushed on me. Told that I could just cancel it after and the guy would even show me how to do it. I want to try a service out before committing to a monthly subscription and I'm glad I opted for the one time. Soapy Joe's, more like Nopey No's. I did a long road trip and was hoping to get ye ole road grime off my bumper. The mid-range service (Can't remember if that one was Magic Joe or if Magic Joe was the top end one the guy tried selling me on for a subscription) for $20. I'd have been better off using that $20 for more In-N-Out and washed the darn thang myself. Price, not too bad. Service for that price, too bad for me to want to repeat. It bears repeating, Soapy Joe's is a nopey no for me. 😎

Enjoying my membership - but you can also come for one time washes. Staff is friendly, when Melody is working the lot she comes to check and talks to every customer making sure your wash went exactly as expected and will work any requests if you have them. Towels and free vacs provided for everyone to use after a wash. I’ve never had to wait to use a vacuum. Will keep coming here, the experience is awesome!
